These sessions offer an opportunity to deepen your understanding of your body, your breath, and your relationship with yoga. Rather than striving to achieve a particular shape or pose, we focus on cultivating awareness, healing, and a felt sense of wellbeing from within.
A Holistic Approach to Healing
I believe the body holds stories, emotions, and experiences that often extend beyond the physical symptoms we feel. Pain, tension, and discomfort can sometimes be invitations to listen more deeply.
Drawing upon my experience as a Forrest Yoga teacher, bodyworker, spiritual healer, breathwork guide, and intuitive practitioner, I create a safe and compassionate space where healing can unfold naturally. Together, we will explore what your body is communicating, creating space for greater freedom, resilience, and connection.
Areas We Can Explore Together
Physical Wellbeing
This includes working with posture and alignment, as well as building strength, flexibility, and mobility in a way that supports your unique body. We can also address physical discomfort such as back, neck and shoulder pain, tight hips and hamstrings, or wrist and knee issues. Sessions may support recovery from injury, help release physical tension stored in the body, and offer gentle guidance through pre and postnatal yoga where needed.
Emotional & Nervous System Support
These sessions can support you in navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, and low mood, while also creating space for emotional release and processing. Together we can work on nervous system regulation, relaxation, and building a greater sense of ease and resilience. Breathwork and conscious breathing practices are also woven in to support emotional balance and inner steadiness.
Energetic & Holistic Healing
This aspect of the work supports a deeper level of connection with yourself, including energy balancing and attunement, Reiki healing, and therapeutic bodywork. It invites you into greater body awareness while exploring the link between physical sensations, emotions, and energy. These sessions are intuitive and holistic, gently supporting your system as a whole so that healing can unfold naturally.
